Rashesh B. Rangrej Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Rangrej has a B.S. in Chemistry from South Gujarat University, India, and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Sciences. He also holds certifications as a CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) from American Hotel & Motel Association, MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) from Microsoft, and Community Minority Business Advancement (CMBA) from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Rangrej has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including as General Manager of the Ramada Limited and Days Inn in San Antonio, Texas. He also serves as the Managing Director of the Super 8 Motel and Regional Manger of several La Quinta Inn & Suites and Comfort Inn & Suites in San Antonio. He also served to develop, build, finance, and perform construction administration on many hotel projects.
Mr. Rangrej also won the nation-wide award of “Outstanding General Manager Of The Year” from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and also has several other awards. Mr. Rangrej is also author of the book Keys to Success in the Hospitality Industry.
Ashwin Gajera President
Mr. Ashwin Gajera holds a B.A. degree from the College of Barfiwala. He served as General Manager of Shri Hari Textile, Inc. in Surat India. He has also served as President, Director, or General Manager of 7-Eleven, Pale Side Food Mart, Shell Food Mart, BP Gas Station, and Bandera Chevron. Presently, he serves as Director of the Holiday Inn Express in Allan Park, Michigan, Vice President of Super 8 in Nacogdoches, Texas, and President of Hampton Inn in Center, Texas.

Mr. Ritesh Patel has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management.Mr. Patel has owned and operated a variety of hotel properties, including Hampton Inn & Suites, Comfort Suites, Ocean View Inn, Hotel “Patang,” Motel “Suruchi,” and the Vrundavan Resort. These properties are located in such diverse locations as Brenham, Texas, Webster, Texas, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Saputara, India, and Anand, India.
Birju Patel Member
Born in February of 1986, Birju “B.J.” Patel was raised in Waco, TX in the Lone Star Motel. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Texas, Arlington in 2008. In 2009, B.J. began his career in Commercial Design and Development, after gaining interest in construction and development having spent the majority of his life in hotels. Having worked with a number of hotel and food industry franchisors, B.J. works closely with the architect and franchisors to see his vision to completion while meeting the franchisor standards and builder’s budgets. Design build is his preferred method of development, however, he is highly capable of doing Cost Plus development and lease space finish outs.
As the design team leader, B.J. specializes in hotels, restaurants and strip malls. He is a proven leader that is highly motivated, dedicated and detailed oriented, seeing the job through from start to finish. He has worked for the past seven years, building, not only facilities that are reflective of his work ethic, but also a reputation that has earned nothing but respect and admiration from investors and contractors alike. His attention to even the smallest details is what sets him apart from all the rest and his integrity puts him miles apart from his competition.
Harsh Patel Member
Born and raised in Waco, Texas, Mr. Harsh Patel has been a part of the hotel industry his whole life, where his parents owned and managed the Lone Star Motel. In 2007, he moved to Nacogdoches, Texas where he fully operated 1 hotel and then another in 2008. In 2010, received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting from Stephen F. Austin University. Since then, Mr. Patel has continued to work within the hospitality industry, developing, opening and managing hotels throughout Texas. He has established himself as a successful hotelier, earning the confidence of many Franchisors to create a very substantial portfolio of brands, brands such as Hilton, Marriott, LaQuinta and Wyndam.
His proven leadership has contributed to the success of the hotels under his management. His tract record with hotels show they are the market leader in such areas of Guest Satisfaction, Revenue, RevPAR and profitability, ultimately, generating great Return On Investment. His hands on approach ensures a desired outcome, and his attention to detail guarantees the small things never get overlooked. Mr. Patel’s unwavering dedication to his people and unflappable integrity are what earns respect from his peers within the industry and employees, alike, earning his hotels an extremely high Employee Satisfaction and Employee Retention.
